Extraordinary opening of Ferrara’s museums during the holiday season

From December 22, 2024 to January 6, 2025, the museums of the Municipality of Ferrara will be open to the public without observing the usual weekly closing days, with the exception of Christmas Day.

Here are the details of the special openings:

Museo Schifanoia, Museo della Cattedrale, Spazio Antonioni e Casa Ariosto: will also be open on Monday, December 23 and 30 and Monday, January 6. Castello Estense: will also be open on Tuesday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 31

However, the Lion Tower will be closed on December 30 and 31 to allow for the New Year’s Eve fireworks display.
