FAI Fall Days

The “FAI Days of Autumn” event is back. Friday, Oct. 10, the preview for young people at Palazzina Marfisa.

The appointment of the “FAI Days of Autumn” returns with an edition full of extraordinary openings curated by the Ferrara delegation. For the 14th edition of the event – scheduled for Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Sunday beginning at 10 a.m.) – the Ferrara delegation has organized the ongoing opening of two important palaces in the history of Ferrara, both included in the Herculean Addition: Palazzo Prosperi Sacrati, named by the families who wanted and inhabited it in the city area of the famous crossroads, and Palazzo Massari, in the presence of the current Piazza Ariostea. This year’s event also includes a Fall Days preview event reserved for young people, scheduled for Friday 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the spaces of the renovated Palazzina Marfisa d’Este on Corso della Giovecca. The events are part of the calendar for the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of the Unesco recognition “Ferrara. City of the Renaissance.”

 

PROGRAM

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2025

Palazzina Marfisa d’Este

CONCERT and GUIDED VISITS: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Event organized with the collaboration and patronage of the City of Ferrara. Sonata in C major for two violins op. 56 by Sergej Prokofiev, 1932, performed by Isabella Perpich and Vittorio Nanetti, from the Girolamo Frescobaldi Conservatory of Music in Ferrara, in the loggia of Palazzina Marfisa d’Este. This will be followed by guided tours with museum curators Francesca Acqui and Romeo Pio Cristofori of the Municipality of Ferrara’s Museums of Ancient Art. Event reserved for UNDER 35.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11 and SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2025

Prosperi Sacrati Palace

GUIDED TOURS conducted by FAI volunteers from the Ferrara Delegation.

Saturday: 09:30 – 13:30 / 14:30 – 17:00, Sunday: 09:30 – 13:30 / 14:30 – 17:00
Notes: The visit lasts 45 minutes, with entrances every 15 minutes – last morning entrance 12:30 end visit 13:15 – last afternoon entrance 16:45 end visit 17:00

Palazzo Massari

GUIDED TOURS conducted by students from different classes of the G.B. Aleotti Higher Education Institute in Ferrara.

Saturdays: 09:30 – 13:30 / 14:30 – 17:00, Sundays: 10:00 – 13:30 / 14:30 – 17:00
Notes: The visit lasts 45 minutes, with entrances every 15 minutes – last morning entrance 12:30 end visit 13:15 – last afternoon entrance 17:00, end visit 17:45
