The 13th volume of the scientific journal "Quaderni del Museo Civico di Storia Naturale di Ferrara," published by the Museum, was released in December 2026. It includes nine articles divided into the sections Geology and Paleontology, Botany, Zoology, Ecology, and News about the Museum's activities, as well as an editorial in which Dr. Stefano Mazzotti emphasizes the historical importance of the ongoing renovation of the building and of the exhibition and, after 13 years, announces his retirement from the direction of the Museum.
